What if I don't play sport?

Although sports massage originated for the benefit of athletes who require a deeper, firmer pressure to have a positive effect on well developed muscles, sports massage can be used by anyone. West-Gate offers 30, 45 minute or 1 hour appointments ideal for people from desk workers to labourers suffering with symptoms such as; joint stiffness and muscle soreness. It can be used as a reliever for conditions such as arthritis, pre or post joint replacement, inflammatory conditions and much more.
